Splashscreen for all games that not have executable

Removing the game from my pc but wanting to keep bigbox intact, i would like to start a splashscreen for all games that do not have executable.

I have this :

SplashImage absent.jpg, B

sleep 5000

SplashImage, Off

but I am forced to enter it for every game…it exists? or you can do it for any game that doesn't have an executable?
