When I had launched FCEUX from launchbox 9 -not ‘exclusive’ full screen- and hit A while holding down left ALT…it critically crashed:

I’ve researched on HwndExtensions.NetCore 1.0.2 , which the plugin plausibly could be missing, but I got this popup midway into LaunchBox launching process after installing under .\WootLauncher\ :
The plugin "C:\Users\joshu\LaunchBox\Plugins\Microsoft.Xaml.Behaviors.Wpf.1.1.19\lib\netcoreapp3.0\Microsoft.Xaml.Behaviors.dll" could not be loaded because Windows is preventing access to it for security reasons. Please right-click on the file in Windows Explorer, select Properties, and check or uncheck the box to unblock the dll.So I check file’s ‘property’ to see if its blocked, but not even a mention of an option to do that, so its unblocked…then it dawned on me: what if its my anti-virus/ransomeware live protection and/or its scan-when-file-opens-event…shut off both of those…still same error popup. Then I tried turning off under start>settings>update & security>windows security>App & browser control/exploit protection>submenu: program settings>submenu: runtime broker.exe>settings: disable exension settings=off (dll injection)…still same error! Tried adding program’s “own” set of all those settings - not affecting rest of system -TURNING EVERYTHING OFF-…STILL NOTHING!

We don’t develop the plugin, you will need to reach out to the developer of the plugin to resolve this issue. Until he/she can do so simply removing the plugin from your LaunchBox plugin folder should stop the errors from appearing.

Hi Joshua, this looks to be an issue with the WootLauncher plugin.
