Launch box not detecting winzip files for import

it was working well but all of a sudden it cannot detect zipped files for importing individual neogeo games. i dont want to reinstall it, not after all the work i have put in setting it up so far.

No problems importing zip files here. What steps are you taking to import? Are you scanning folder, using the add button, or drag and drop? You exact steps would help to understand what you are seeing.
