New kind of Custom Fields
To have the ability to make Custom Fields that act like Genre / Developers / Series / Play Mode / and Publisher. Where you can select more than one value for one custom field that you make would be Awesome! Cause I believe this could add a new layer of sorting to LaunchBox.

Custom Fields are treated as multi-string fields, Just like the fields you mentioned you can put several values in one field with a semicolon (';') separating them. You can also add the same field several times for the same effect.

That must be pretty new, because last I checked it was treated as one value. But it’s great that this was changed.
To expand on HalfSpeed’s request, though. It would be far more convenient, if there were drop down menus for the custom fields, so the user can just tick all the values that were previously used within one custom field, instead of tediously typing everything from scratch.

Very soon we hope to add that to Bulk Edit screen, I will see how doable it is to have something like in the Edit Game screen as well.

That would be much appreciated. Thank you!

The 11.7 beta has the ability to more easily manipulate multi-string fields including Custom Fields that should make doing what David was saying easier when editing several titles at once.

Just checked it and it’s definitely a huge enhancement. Great work!
If it were possible on a per-game basis, like you mentioned, that would truly make my day.
