Hi JVAV, do you have any other apps running in the background on your machine? Any file syncing services?

  2. Christian

This issue is resolved in the current beta build. This error is seen when the OS has problems deleting the cache images associated to the item. This is typically caused by (as Jason eludes to) file syncing services being ran against the cache folder.
