NES Games Show Acurately in LaunchBox not in BigBox

Hi I am running launchbox/bigbox 11.7 beta 2 on Windows 10. This issue always shows up in Bigbox, but not launchbox. My NES games show up accurately in LaunchBox, but when I launch Bigbox the NES portion of the wheel in BigBox shows up as 3d NES and the games list is inaccurate. It shows 73 games in BigBox and most of the NES games will not launch in bigbox, however all of them work in launchbox. TIA for any help.

BB uses your set-up from LB so it is odd that they would be different. I recommend posting this on our forum. We are more active there when it comes to this type of troubleshooting.

Typically when we have seen users report this or something similar it is because they have nested installs or duplicate data files which cause a disconnect between data in LaunchBox vs Big Box. Can you make sure you don’t have any other LaunchBox folders INSIDE of the LaunchBox folder? Also if you can look in your \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms folder and make sure you don’t have two .xml files named the exact same.
