Metadata Import work keeps stopping

Please understand English is not my first language.

launchbox version : 11.6 (latest)

window 10 pro

My launchbox app keeps stopping when I download metadatas.

not entire app freezes or crash, just download progress completely stops. I waited a several hours, but not a single image was downloaded.

Looking at the resource monitor, launchbox network activity was completely stopped.

When this issue occurs, pressing cancel button also not work. button just turned grey, and nothing happened.

All I can do is just close launchbox and restart downloading metadata all over again.

It occurs very often especially trying to download large amount of data.(ex:ps1 system library)

This issue makes this app too inconvenient to use. slow metadata download speed + stop middle of work.. so irritating.

I thought launchbox is so amazing app and totally worth it to pay premium, but this is really critical issue for me.

Please check this issue.

If there is option(or button) to reconnect or restart current downloading job(not restart entire job) might work?
