Some metadata does not load, though it's in the LaunchBox database

Having an issue with LaunchBox and my BigBox experience (new customer).

Some the the metadata just won’t load into LaunchBox, though titles are available in the database.
Metadata for these titles has worked before, but suddenly - it doesn’t.

FX. PS2’s Burnout: Takedown https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/images/3938 , but LaunchBox can’t find the metadata.
Signed up for EmuMovies too - for no avail.

Hope this could somehow be resolved or made fixable for the user (fx just enter the database number for the title).
