Need help

My Lauchbox is not booting up. I’ve redownloaded a few times. It boots up the first time, but the second time I try it doesn’t do anything. I already went though the quarantine and nothing was there because I excluded the folder where the program is in. I lost many hours of work on thousands of game tittles from several different system. Can I get some help? Thanks1

Launchbox backs up it’s data and stores it the \\Launchbox\Backups folder can try looking in there

Hi Jose, it’s best to troubleshoot this kind of stuff on the forums. Christian mentioned the backups folder; that should make it pretty much impossible to lose a significant amount of data if you know how to restore it, but it sounds like you might have other issues going on here. If you would, please create a post on the forums and we can help you troubleshoot the issues.
