launchbox file is corrupt

launchbox file is corrupt. how do i fix it i dont have a backup?

    In your \Launchbox\Backups folder should be a bunch of zipped file backups. Just open one of the zips and replace the corrupted file with one from there.

    This is where LB automatically backs up the data files. If there is none there then someone deleted them and should not have.
