Clean up Media tool identifies in-use manuals for deletion

Per #333 Jason suggests adding the extra things like game guides, reference cards, maps, etc. (stuff that all great adventure/strategy games came with) as additional applications. Unfortunately, anything in the manuals directory that you add as an additional application will still be flagged for deletion by the clean up media tool.

So, firstly, the clean up media tool should be fixed to not flag anything for deletion in the Manuals directory that is an additional application for a game.

Secondly, game documentation still needs more love in LB, particularly for those old adventure/strategy games that came with oodles of quality documentation (think of all the maps and manuals that came with a good Ultima game). I don’t think #333 should have been closed. There is also still issue #855 which refers to the same problem.

Hmmmm, this is not a duplicate, this is a real bug with media cleanup. #855 instead is a feature request for more documentation options.

Thanks. This issue should be used to track what I describe (“Firstly…”) in the first part of the description. #855 tracks the heavier request (“Secondly….”) for more documentation fields.
