Approve Metadata Changes

On the “Download Metadata” option, add an option to display a list of all changes between the current Metadata and the Metadata from the database, and allow you to specifically approve changes.

Optionally, if this is at all possible in some way: if there are timestamps on the database changes, then have it remember which ones you have already ignored and not show up again, until that database entry is updated again.
