suggestions

Hi, I really like launchbox but here’s a couple of suggestions to make it “better”

1- When updating launchpad, please give us a choice to skip creating the start menu icons

2- When adding single games, please highlight the game that has just been added (as a lot of times you need to go in and add the game info manually as no meta data is available for it
