Hi Robert, unfortunately Norton does a very poor job of detecting legitimate viruses instead of just throwing false positives. We’ve worked really hard to make sure that we don’t trip their false positives, but this time there was nothing we could do. We highly recommend uninstalling Norton (it’s like the boy who cried wolf, to be frank), and just using Microsoft’s Windows Defender, which is built-in to Windows 10, and actually does its job.
