Can't import games

Good day, I did a fresh install of LB 11.7 and now when I try to import games it gets stuck. I haven’t been able to import a single game and I’ve tried reinstalling several times, with no luck. Can you please assist?

I’m running Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041

The issue is happening every time I try to add a game, either single or multiple.

I’ve tried adding Steam, GOG, and Epic games with no luck.

It gets stuck on - Searching for and removing duplicate images for …….

Are you seeing any errors or does just progress just appear to stop or stall?

No errors, it starts to download images, then reaches Searching for and removing duplicate images for (insert game) and gets stuck there. If I try to do anything else, I get an error saying there’s an active process, wait for it to complete.

Hmm, where you select what image types you want to import on the bottom there is a check box that talks about removing duplicate images. Can you uncheck that and try to import it with that option off and tell me if you still see this issue?
