since the last Update my launchbox is not working…what happened

Hard to say without providing any real relevant information. We have not had any reports of no sound or lag with the latest update.

What OS (Win7, 10, etc..) are you on and are all drivers and dependencies updated? What are your system specs?

What version LB were you on prior to this update? Depending how old your other version a lot of changes have taken place and some tweaks may be needed.

Are your issues in LaunchBox or BigBox? Both?
