Feature request: "Space intelligence" media updates. 1 image per image type or function limit

Downloading media will oftentimes download and save many unnecessary media files.

I might like a screenshot, but, I might not want to download 8 screenshots for every game.

Also, I only want to download 1 type of banner when my preferred type is not found or available.

If a platform is disc-based, I have no need to search or download anything miscategorized as it’s cart image.

Maybe it makes sense to take into consideration when downloading or cleaning up media if said media will actually be used or required in my current configuration preferences?

Example: I have 140gb of images in my launchbox dir right now. Many games might have, for example, 8 screenshots where I only care for 1. I would like that capacity to slim down my install directory.
