BigBox - Start-Screen Screenshot Hangs When Selecting Next Game

I'm having the following issue when using the Default theme in BigBox 11.8 & Windows 10 Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1198)

Scenario::

• I have a few games that do not have Video Snaps.

  • Those games without Video Snaps, display the Start-Screen Screenshot below the Box art image.

• If I switch to a game that has a Video Snap, the Start-Screen Screenshot is not displayed below the Box art image...as I presume is the correct action, and the Video Snap plays as a background of the whole screen.  Perfect.

The Issue::

• If I select a game without a Video Snap, and then scroll to a game with a Video Snap....the Start-Screen Screenshot from the last game selected without a Video Snap, hangs out on the screen as I continue to scroll through other games with Video Snaps.

Any chance on getting a fix for this? Still happening in the latest version. I can record a video if needed/wanted or provide any other details needed. Just let me know.

Yeah, if you could provide a video of what you’re seeing that’d be a great help. I’ve not been able to replicate but this sounds like something I’ve seen other reports to so the more information the better.

I would really love to see this resolved. It is my one any only annoyance with BigBox.
