Mark "categories" as favorites/pin.

Have the option to pin certain categories (ie, a game Series you play often, or a specific genre) in it’s own “Favorites” metacategory (the same type of category that “Platform”, “Genre”, etc are considered).

I’ve realized this is “sort of” doable with auto generated playlists so I will close this.
