Separate "Arrange By" for Platforms, Categories (And "Sort by" feature to enhance "Arrange by")

I asked in the forums if this was already asked and I dont see it elsewhere with light searching.

Two things:

a. Allow each category/platform to have separately configurable arrange by settings (Like Playlists do)

b. Also how about 'sort by' within 'arranged by' groups? For example, Im "arranging" my NES categories by genre. It would be nice to then "sort" within each genre group by playcount, or star rating or publisher, etc etc. The ability to make this ascending and descending would be nice too.
