Changing the title of a platform doesn't change the associated platform title in emulator settings

When changing the name of a platform, for example “FM Towns” to “FM Towns Marty”, the games within that platform won’t launch anymore because the emulator retains the old platform name instead of the new one.

In our example, MAME shows the associated platform as the now non-existent “FM Towns” instead of “FM Towns Marty”.
