Two Instance of the All Category

I was trying to create a playlist with all my local multiplayer games under a category. I named it “All” and it instead just created a second instance of the already existing “All” category, it ignored my auto-populate request and instead added all my games in it, identical to the already existing “All” category.

Yes, we need to prevent users from creating anything named “All”, or anything that matches the custom “All” or “None” filters.

Need to prevent naming platforms, categories, or playlists any of the above three settings (all, none, or exists).
