Gsync issues with anything chromium,

If gsync is enabled, anything to do with chromium will be locked to a lower refresh rate then 144, causing it to feel sluggish, the only fix I have found is to disable gysnc for launchbox with NVIDIA control, but this causes the fps counter to show up, please address this.
