More flexible startup view options in BigBox

I have only one platform - “Arcade”, with categories under this. Currently there’s no way to set the start screen to show the categories, and instead I can either start with a wheel with Arcade in every slot, or just show all games with no categories. It would be good if there was a way to skip a top level wheel where there is only one option (makes no sense to show it)
