Lock metadata fields

Hello Launchbox Devs!

First of all, thank you for the great job you have been doing. I am always giving my best to contribute too, either by signing or in moderation.

After a long time using the platform, I felt the need to lock metadata fields so there would be no modification, when at some point I do a complete update to get the latest data from the database and not change what I have customized. For example, locking genre data and it remains there when doing a complete metadata update.
