BigBox is duplicating games

When I go into Launchbox and consolidate the games it works to only have 1 of each game but when I goin to BigBox it makes them 2 each again and then Launch Box shows 2 again and I have to consolidate again. .

Is there a way to stop this from happening besides manually deleting all the duplicates in launchbox?

Take a look inside your \Data\Platforms folder. If you have any backup xml files in there or any xml that is your issue. There should only be the single platform xml file in there. If you have any others that even partially contain the platform name they need to be removed.

Not to my knowledge. I am deleting the games in launchbox and then deleting arcade xml files as you suggested and then will import them again and see what happens. Thanks.
