turning off marquee screen

hello, it would be great to be able to disable the marquee screen on a per game basis.

sinden lightgun software allows you to adjust the screen size for mul;ti displays but i find it easier to just disable the second screen all together for particular games. for instance, teknoparrot, elevator action, the game won’t even start with a second screen enabled.

if the feature is accepted, please allow the user to set time (number of seconds) to start the game after the command to turn the display off is sent.
