I I used the wrong account for Epic Games and now it wont let me switch to my actual account

If you close and re-open LaunchBox do you still have the issue?

yes, i’ve even restarted my computer and the issue is still there

The current beta version of LaunchBox now has a way to log out of Epic Games in the Options menu. You can opt into beta builds in the Options screen.
