As a user with dynamic marquees in all my builds, I'd like to have the ability to use video (mp4, flv or gif) as the dynamic marquee. Possibly creating an interface to select media folders or locations where game video files can be placed for use.

Videos in marquee are possible but would require a theme coded to use them. New BB FlowVideo control in latest stable version should make control of the media better.
