CleanUp Tool bug - No Files moved/deleted

I wanted to delete duplicate images. After scanning, it also showed a lot of hits. I marked all of them and wanted to move them to a folder I created myself. After calculating, an error message appears:

-10 games were successfully postponed. 13848 Files

could not be moved because an error occurred

(most of the time the file is currently in use)

There is no second instance of Launchbox running in the background! a restart of the computer didn't help either.

I have ExoDOS, Win3x0, and some Roms, a total of almost 11k games. All games are displayed correctly and all paths are entered correctly. I hope someone can help me!

Did you use rough image match when finding these images or no?

ok, now i try that with that option on…. Same problem.

Can you try running this tool with Debugging logs on and attach a log to the ticket. Turn it on inside of LaunchBox > Tools > Options > Debugging. After turning that on run the tool again and let it fail, then press ok and close out of LaunchBox and attach the most recent log in \\LaunchBox\Logs
