Set game title to alternate name based on region priority during import

When importing a game that has different names in different regions, LaunchBox should automatically set the title to region specific alternate name based on the configured region priority.

For example importing the file “Bare Knuckle II - Shitou e no Requiem ~ Streets of Rage II (Japan, Europe).zip” with a region priority set to Europe should set the title to the European alternate name (Streets of Rage II). Instead the title is set to the Japanese name (Bare Knuckle II - Shitou e no Requiem), presumably as that is what was parsed from the file name.
