can't download image from Launchbox DB

I can only get images from Emumovies. When I try to download from LBDB (via tools) it shows a msg saying that the file already exists (but it doesn’t) and when trying manually it simply does nothing…the process ‘ends’ but no image is downloaded.

i’ve tried unchecked but had the same result. It’s the 11.10 version.

hi,
just wanted to say that I found out what the problem was! Somehow my temp file had more than 65k files and that resulted in a “System.IO.Path.GetTempFileName()” error. After cleaning it the problem was fixed!
Probably when downloading from Emumovies, Launchbox don’t use the temp file to create the image…that’s why I was still able to use it….

When using the tool do you happen to have the “Rough image match” checkbox checked? It’s on the bottom right. If so could you try to uncheck that and let me know if you continue to have the issue. Also what version of LaunchBox are you on?
