Service-Like LaunchBox / BigBox Loading

Greetings!

I love this software, however with such a large library (I have ~7500 items) it can take some time to do an initial load. I was wondering if you could rework the software to make it more of a client/server like architecture, especially when I need to switch from LaunchBox to BigBox. I was thinking that there could be a service which loads at boot time, then the application could connect to the service to gather the data. I’m not sure how this would be done exactly to increase performance but was hoping this kind of architectural change could be looked into.
