get this error tring to start bigbox and launch box just says stop working and weill not load

Anyone going to look look at this issue I paid 75 bucks for this and cannot use it

Please have a little patience. You posted the ticket 2 hours ago. The dev team is only 2 people and they do not work 24/7. It is the weekend.

Hey Jason typically this is caused by corrupted files in the ThirdParty folder. Could you rerun the 11.11 installer over your current directory (point it to \\LaunchBox, make sure it doesn’t say \\LaunchBox\Launchbox) and tell me if that corrects or not? Installer doesn’t touch the Data folder and so you won’t lose any data doing this.

Running the installer over the current location should resolve this issue as stated, if doing so did not correct the issue please respond to the ticket and we will re-open it.
