hello, i paid for the premium and didn't play even 1 time.

i tried everything and follow every step and my luncebox don't recognize my Dash board games

please help

Not sure I’m following. What do you mean by it won’t import your dashboard games?

Have you imported any games? LaunchBox doesn’t come with any games or roms. You have to import them.
