Add "Start game without highscores"

When the high score feature is enabled in launchbox, save states are disabled. While highscores are enabled, I would like to have the ability to launch a game while temporary disabling this feature to allow save sates (or vice versa). This could be done by adding a new entry in the game title menu (e.g. “start games without registering high score”)
