Start up Screens shut down bezels from RocketLauncher

The Only workaround I have found is to change the default time to around 1.5 seconds, I know you can use retroarch for bezels for many systems, but the Instruction card feature in rocketlauncher is not available else ware that I’m aware of, and some emulators do not work as well in retroarch as rocketlauncher.
