Launchbox Tools -> Options menu not loading - Blank box

Clicking in the blank box created this error. Windows 10.

Fresh OS boot, click three lines on left side of Launchbox, to go Tools, click on options. A small LB window appears in the center of the screen. Stretch it out, clicked randomly in the grey box area and the error popped up. This has just started, and has done it on 3 windows restarts thus far.
