Edit Image bug post update 11.12

Windows 10, Launchbox 11.12 update. Every time I try to edit an image to be a box front (so every game has an image), it deletes the image instead. I have been working on this process for months, using the edit functions and images to change something else to box front without trouble. Since the update, the issue has occurred.
