Scan for added/remove rom option "select platforms" vs All or one.

When scanning for added and removed roms, you can either do it 1 by one or your entire collection. This is problematic when you add in a few platforms that don’t use traditional roms and might have foldersets/files that you never want to scan or have excluded from “all”.

Example: I just updated all of my cartridge sets to a new 1G1R No-Intro collection. I want to rescan all of my cartridge systems after replacing but I can’t. There are many of them. These sets can be periodically updated or I might update multiple systems at a time.

I propose a third option on scan that pops a dialogue allowing you to check every platform you wish to include.
