Feature request: Search function extending to include filenames/extensions of roms so I can find and remove bios, imported junk, etc.

The search function appears to search all the metadata, but, is not inclusive of the rom filename field. Sometimes I’d like to find files based on the file naming schema.

Examples being:

searching for bios and deleting them from the database after a scan. (although, they really should be hidden and not imported as default)

searching for (unl) to find and manipulate all unlicensed games, or, searching for specific country codes.

Searching for and finding the dirt after scanning a directory for roms that contains other filetypes
