Scanning for added and removed roms when duplicates are imported deletes whole entry

Using LB 11.12 on W10

I am replacing entire rom set for several platforms right now. My workflow is to rename my old games folder to games.old, take the new folder and rename it “games”, scan for added roms (force duplicates), then scan for removed roms to clean out the old references. When doing so, however, it’s removing all games that are duplicated instead of the dead references even if a second copy of the game exists. My expectation is that it should only remove games without duplicate rom entries.
