Account disabled?

Hi, I just downloaded LaunchBox yesterday and tried to set up an account. I did not get an email to authenticate my account and when I try to log in I get a message saying that my account is disabled. I know that LaunchBox has my correct email because I get a message if I try to reset my password, which says that I cannot reset because my account is disabled. Thank you for your assistance. The account is under [e-mail].

Hi anonymous, this has been fixed and all accounts are now enabled. :)
