platform not refreshing after edit

11.13.1 beta

windows 10 pro 19041.964

issue happens consistently when the platform is not currently visible

odd behavior. seems to have something to do with the position of the platform that i am currently editing games and media from. when the left bar is already on or near the platform that im editing the refresh happens as expected. however if im way down the list with all the systems expanded out. the games all grey out like when it is about to refresh the cache but stays like this indefinitely, then if you scroll down the left bar as you get back near the platform i then completes the refresh and everything returns to normal.

no error messages are displayed
