A single playlist always appears in platform categories.

I have about a dozen playlists. The “show playlist with platforms” option is unchecked for all of them, as are all of the boxes in the Parents tab (including the one marked “Root”). Starting when I updated to 11.12, one of them always appears with the platform categories (but not the platforms). I am able to uncheck the Parents>Root option and have it disappear, but it happens again the next time I start LaunchBox (and the box is checked again). If I delete the playlist, then the next time I start LaunchBox, the issue occurs with one of the remaining playlists. This cycle persisted several times. I even tried deleting all of my playlists and then recreating some of them, to no avail.
