lanchbox hangs on a download due to a 404 error

its currently 20 minutes later and its still hanging on the same file. ive attached my log file

Are you able to update to the newest beta and let us know whether you are still seeing the same issue.

yes im on the current beta 11.13 beta 2

Changes were made to this process in 11.13 beta 3 to help speed it up. Could you let us know if you are stilling experiencing this in the latest beta build?
