Comma Delineated Values for Custom Filters

The picture below says it all...

Add support for ";" separators to pipe multiple queries for all supported metadata variables. I would suggest a semicolon per some developers having an official name like "Example, Co. Ltd." which could cause trouble for some users.

EX: I want to have a filter for all Square games but they have acquired various companies and even changed their name. Another one is to have one for Rare, Insomniac and Naughty Dog under one custom filter. I love their platformers games and it would be fitting to have one catch all filter.

Confused on this; this should already be working. The drop downs have checkboxes that should allow for multiple selections.
