Crashing on quitting a game

I can’t submit a log or anything because I lose my mouse cursor when this happens. Every time I quit a game using the games “exit/quit”, Launchbox causes a exception error and becomes non-functional.

This has only just started happening within the last week. Launchbox is kept fully up to date. Currently 11.14

I use Launchbox via Moonlight app on nVidia Shield TV Pro 2019. Has worked for a year solid without issue.
