Add "Handheld Electronic" and "Plug 'n Play" as Consoles in the games database.

MAME has had these for a while and being able to start adding info about them to the database for everyone to use would be ideal.

I’m still undecided on the best terminology; I think “Handheld Electronic” works best, but “Plug ‘n Play” is a little subjective. More research may be needed but for now, just starting to add the games would be something I’d like the option to work on.

I believe most of the “Handheld Electronic” titles are under their own platform already. Things like Tiger Electronics and Nintendo Game & Watch. Is there a specific handheld you are running into that doesn’t have a home currently?

More than half of these are not Tiger or G&W.

Not to mention the large number of plug 'n play “TV games” from a myriad of developers.

Honestly, Tiger Electronics and Game & Watch should be merged into one “Handheld Electronic” category; they’re not a console, they are a brand of consoles. It’d be like creating separate categories for “Capcom Arcade games”, “Taito Arcade games”, etc.

EDIT: Actually, I don’t even see a “Tiger Electronics” console? There’s a Game & Watch one, but you might be mixing up the Tiger Game.com (which is a legitimate handheld with cartridges). Not seeing any other place for Tiger Electronics games…

EDIT 2: Hah. Apparently there are tons of other “Handheld Electronic” games listed in the Game & Watch category, so really all that needs to be done is renaming the category… what a mess… Still, a category to separate Plug 'n Play games, would be preferable…
