Fallback support for accented characters in search and scraper

Example: searching your library for "pokemon" should include the results for "pokémon."

Another example: when you look up metadata for a game titled "Pokemon Blue Version," there will be no results, but a game titled "Pokémon Blue Version" will yield the expected results.

Had this issue with Pokemon games the other night myself

Same issue for me with Pokemon, had to add the accent for every single pokemon game to make GamesDatabase find it.
